Vision boards are the perfect way to help put together thoughts and ideas for projects, or simply decorative use. Behind all of my best ideas and projects there is something that represents a vision board. Some may find it to be a useless, though I guarantee that when everything is laid out in front of you, you'll get a better perspective on how to enhance your work.
Photos, Tickets, Samples, etc.
For boards about travel I like to include tickets from the places I visited and occasionally my favorite pics. When it comes to important projects for work or school like to include color schemes, texture samples, pictures, important texts, and really anything that will drive my thinking.
Decorative Use
Even if you don't care to take the time to use them in projects, they are the perfect thing to add to your workspace. Having something that's pleasing to look at and brings positive memories should be a must have. Vision boards don't have to require extra purchases. You can easily make one by using an old frame and sticking photos are whatever your using inside. If this doesn't work for you, there's always the option of making one online and then saving it as your wallpaper.

No matter what you decide, just know that if your bored and have some extra time on your hands, this will be a choice you will not regret.
